Beauford's workout regimen:
1. Sleep as late as possible.
2. Eat as fast as you can.
4. Chase after anything that is thrown.
5. Rest, of course.
6. Eat as fast as you can again.
7. More resting; you never want to over do it.
8. Take a few laps around the apartment.
9. Get to bed by 7 p.m.
