Saturday Fun with Chelle

The day started out with an outing to The Factory, a huge old stove factory in Franklin that has been fully renovated into an antique/artsy/eclectic shopping center. It was a really neat place.

Chelle, Adam and "Rusty" in front of The Factory. Notice Adam holding Rusty's hand (ha!).

We headed over to Mickey Roos for some Texas style barbecue for lunch. Just for the record, it was not as good as vinegar-based Carolina barbecue, but it was still REALLY good.

Later that evening, we headed over to Hillsboro Village for dinner at Jackson's Bistro and Bar before heading downtown for the night. Unfortunately, the rain did not hold out, and we were caught right in the middle of the down pour while making our way downtown, but luckily, it didn't last long.

Adam got just a little wet......

But the rain didn't ruin the night. We still had a lot of fun hopping from one honky tonk to the next.

Chelle:
I'm so glad you came to visit this weekend. Adam and I both had such a great time visiting with you. Can't wait for our next adventure together!
